By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App for entertainment purpose only without any monitory benefit attached to it . you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue the use of the App at your own risk and consequences.
Nature of the App
Amusement purpose Only. Platform Play For Fun is used/generated with subscription-based amusement and entertainment application designed solely for recreational purposes. The App does not involve, support, or permit: Real money wagering, betting, or staking, Virtual or real coins, points, chips, tokens, or credits, Cash prizes, monetary rewards, or items redeemable for money or value from service provider. (not required) All content, activities, and experiences offered through the App are strictly for entertainment only.
No Gambling or Betting The App does not constitute gambling, betting, or gaming or prize distribution under any applicable local, state, or national laws.
Eligibility
Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the App and having some knowledge of mobile usage.
Legal Capacity By using the App, you represent and warrant that: You are legally competent to enter into this Agreement. You are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable law. Subscription Model

Auto-Renewal Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the applicable rate.
Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform from which you subscribed. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
No Refund Policy All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
User Conduct
Permitted Use You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Prohibited Activities You shall not: Misrepresent the nature of the App as gambling or money-based gaming. Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with App functionality. Use bots, automation, or unauthorized software. Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
Intellectual Property
Ownership All content, software, design, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Play For Fun or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal entertainment in accordance with this Agreement with no right to the entertainment web site in whatsoever manner.
No Financial Expectation or Value
You expressly acknowledge and agree that: The App does not offer financial returns or prize of any kind. No activity within the App has real-world monetary value. Your subscription fee is solely for access to entertainment content and the service provider is not responsible for the time spent by you in using the web site
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “WHEREIS” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: Fitness for a particular purpose. Accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Error-free or secure operation
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play For Fun shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of data, profits, or enjoyment. Technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Governing Law and
Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located within India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Amendments
We may update this Agreement from time to time including modification of website at service provider’s discretion. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
